has announced that Larry J. Pitorak,
chief financial officer, has left the company
to pursue other business interests.
Mr. Pitorak also held the titles of
senior vice president, finance and
treasurer. Sean P Hennessy, has been
appointed to replace him as chief
financial officer, senior vice presidentfinance
and treasurer.
